HR Business Partner

As a HR Business Partner, you will partner in driving the people and talent agenda to enable, as well as provide strategic counsel, advisory and consultative services to local and global managers on business and people related topics.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with senior business managers and provide strategic advice on people-related topics issues and HR needs. Partner with managers to embed and evolve the people element of the business strategy
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across the business units. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of those processes.
  • Collaborates with global colleagues in the center of excellence (HR operations, Talen acquisition, etc.) of expertise to apply sufficient HR solutions to meet the business needs.
  • Assess employees’ needs and provide solutions aligned with local/global business needs
  • Lead change management initiatives including organization design/development, restructuring, etc.
  • Coach Managers in leading teams, living corporate values and conforming to local/global standard policies/processes, build strong groups and managements.

Education And Experience Required

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of Human Resources experience within a technology organization.
  • Proven Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions.
  • Strong background in designing and creating HR programs, talent planning, organizational structures, workforce planning, employee relations and partnership with talent acquisition

Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management and process development skills.
  • Hands-on experience taking responsibility for the full scope of HR activities
  • Highly organized, with a warm and collaborative communication style and ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work efficient independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Hebrew
