About the job
We are looking for a Sourcing Strategic Business Manager for HP Indigo’s top contract manufacturers and tier 1 assembly suppliers.
Responsible E2E for all commercial aspects in front of the CMs, collaborate with NPI, AOS, ENG. , Planning and finance teams
Responsibilities
- Commercial negotiations and contracts closures.
- Cost reduction initiatives leading.
- Involvement in any commercial and crucial escalation.
- Full responsibility on supplier’s business terms and relationship
- Presenting Strategic Sourcing in all internal & external forums.
Requirements
- B.A / B.SC in relevant field. MA/MBA- preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
- Experience of working with Big/medium contract manufacturers.
- Global procurement experience- an advantage.
- Mastery in English and Hebrew.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills and leadership.
