Houlihan Lokey’s Presentations Technical Operations team is seeking a Junior Digital Asset Coordinator to assist with processing and filing incoming digital assets from our colleagues across all office locations. Digital assets include headshots, PowerPoint slides, documents, reports, logos, and other graphics. This position is an entry level position focused on digital file administration, organization, and coordination.

Career Level: Entry level – non manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday Full Time


  • Review, process, correct and file incoming digital assets from various internal teams
  • Use existing templates and creative software to clean-up and/or standardize digital assets
  • Uphold and enforce all file naming conventions and file/folder structures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the front-facing contact for all incoming digital assets, inquiries, and questions
  • Assist with digital asset related projects

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong passion for digital organization
  • Good knowledge of file formats (pptx, pdf, docx, xlsx, jpg, gif, png, svg, eps)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong aptitude to acclimatize and learn quickly
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and working on multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
  • Ability to work independently on tasks and projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively when needed and to integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Creative or relevant field a plus)
  • Prior experience with digital asset coordination / file organization
