This Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead sales enablement and product positioning for our high-growth, global Sparta Systems software business. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and managing a scalable sales enablement program to drive opportunities and customer success. You will define the solution positioning for the Sparta Systems solutions portfolio, including clear differentiation, use cases, and value propositions that can be understood both internally and externally. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our customers to support their cloud-powered digital transformation journey in the Life Sciences and other industries. You will be the go-to person to support go-to-market initiatives—maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with field sales, demand generation, marketing and others on messaging, content development, and target marketing
  • Know our buyers and customer needs to develop assets that support the customer journey and sales cycle
  • Drive strategic market and competitive strategy and messaging, including developing clear value propositions and use cases to enable the field and partners
  • Lead market and competitive intelligence to analyze and communicate insights on market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases to position solutions, articulate differentiated value and why we win
  • Partner with and drive alignment across internal stakeholders to support go-to-market planning and execution
  • Proactively collaborate with marketing, product management, customer success, services, and sales teams to execute product launches that highlight new innovations and drive demand and adoption
  • Develop and deploy sales assets, processes, and tools (pitch decks, customer stories, call scripts, battlecards, etc.) to support Business Development, Sales, Partners, Solution Architecture, and Professional Services worldwide

Job Requirements:

  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex product capabilities and translate them into clear value-based messaging
  • Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker with ability to synthesize ambiguous or conflicting information into concise insights
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with sales and product team
  • Excellent program/project management skills with ability to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • A strong track record of driving transformation and partnering closely with cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding strategic thinker with a customer-centric mentality

Qualification & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of product marketing experience in enterprise software
  • 5+ years crafting differentiated positioning and messaging, building effective sales content, and delivering compelling presentations
