Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a talented and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a candidate who displays a professional demeanor, enjoys a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through email.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry within various computer applications.
  • Handle individual customer situations to completion and provide resolution for the customer.
  • Provide quality customer service through email and incoming phone calls
  • Demonstrate both phone etiquette and be understandable over the phone.
  • Participate in other miscellaneous office projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be professional
  • Must be able to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills and retain pertinent information.
  • Must pay close attention to detail; including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Be self-motivated and work without direct supervision.
  • Communicate and work well with others.
  • Must be able to communicate well via email with clear, concise and detailed messages.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
