For our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg, Berlin or Remote

The role

It’s an exciting time to join Heyflow. As a company, we are doing quite well: we just raised over 6M Euro in Seed, won some of the biggest companies as new customers, and built up an initial team of individuals that has each others’ backs. The role of a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) is probably the most versatile role at Heyflow: In a team of experts you could be consulting on one day an emerging company from South America and on the next day some of the largest European corporations on how to leverage one of the most innovative no-code solutions. You are constantly learning about web fundamentals and are building the bridge between Heyflow’s product development team and our customers.

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers and accompany them along their journey with Heyflow. A customer is stuck in the app? No problem, you will help the customer to overcome its challenges on an ad-hoc basis
  • Empower the customers to build outstanding workflows: You become the sparring partner for the customer that conducts onboardings, consults on technical implementation and shares best practices
  • Together with the product team, you will ensure that help content is always up to date
  • Read KPIs and recognize the potential for improvements: You will leverage data to spot blind spots and address them proactively with the team
  • Be the central person to report technical issues to the product team and close the loop in the customer communication

What you’ll bring

  • You’re an enthusiastic person and are passionate about helping people that cannot code to achieve outstanding results in the Heyflow app
  • We are team players at Heyflow, but at the same we love to take responsibility and own topics. Outstanding independent and team collaboration skills are therefore essential
  • Strong communication with customers is key: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills will help you strive in this role
  • We don’t expect you to know CRM- and support tools inside out. Nonetheless, eagerness to work effectively with them definitely pays off
  • At Heyflow, we’ve seen people striving in this role regardless of their previous professional background. Work experience in customer success, sales or customer support is though a big plus
  • At the end of the day, making the customer happy is your primary goal. Character traits that determine your success in this role are helpfulness and a hands on mentality
