Henderson Scott is currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client, an award-winning pre-IPO Cyber vendor, for a Technical Account Manager in the UK. Our client is an innovative Cyber Vendor, that is growing rapidly, they utilize a comprehensive platform for detection, prevention, and automated response to secure advanced threats. The Role:
You will primarily be responsible for overseeing & addressing all our client’s customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical services skills, ensuring customer satisfaction & resolution. Manage relationships with senior-level technical personnel and decision-makers, up to C-Level. As the Technical Account Manager, you will need to be a skilled professional, who can explain technical details & complex requirements to non-technical audiences. You will need to be results-driven, aspiring to achieve specific goals. Essentially, you will need to be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support our client’s customer journeys & to strengthen their customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & oversee accounts to support the entire post-sales processes
- Build value-based account management, ensuring customers satisfaction
- Focus on all product-related queries promptly & succinctly
- Educate new customers to use products effectively and efficiently
- Provide Product/R&D with customers’ feedback to identify potential new features or products
- Using Best Practise, analyze the customers’ needs to build mitigation plans with added features to meet their requirements
Requirements:
- Strong Technical background with experience in the Cyber Security space is essential
- 3 years of hands-on work history as either a Technical Account Manager/Product Manager (outbound) or Sales Engineer. The ability to comprehend customers’ needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Insightful, Data-driven approach with a high level of analytical skills
- Start-up experience advantageous as is superb communication skills
- International experience with security vendors
