Job Description (Posting).
To be responsible for providing customer service, resolving all customer queries, processing orders, explaining client products and handling complains. (1.) To develop strong working relationship with client assuring client satisfaction and work within agreed service level agreement. (2.) To document customer interactions and transactions recording the details of inquiries, complaints and comments. (3.) To follow all documented procedure to handle open casesorescalations. (4.) To resolve customer’s issuesorqueries effectively and efficiently assuring clear communication and customer understanding through multiple channels (like phone, email, live chat, social media etc. ) or escalate to appropriate contact.
