Your new role
Remotely based Business Analyst to join th growing projects team and drive the delivery of clients’ eCommerce projects. The service is wide ranging, so are the projects you will work on. From UX/UI Enhancements, to Integrations, and everything in between. You will manage the end to end delivery of client projects, from understanding client needs and breaking down projects into defined, actionable tasks, to collaborating with the design and development teams, ensuring projects meet acceptance criteria and facilitating go-live activities.

- Managing the delivery of client projects from the start of the software development lifecycle to project launch using a waterfall methodology.
- Working closely with external clients to deliver projects, from requirements gathering through to go live activities.
- Working closely with internal design and development teams to build solutions that meet client needs. – Ensuring all projects meet the acceptance criteria.
- Issue resolution & escalation during the project lifecycle.
- Championing preferred tools and systems internally.
- Performing data analysis, extraction, and reporting.
What you’ll need to succeed
Degree/equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a Business Analyst or comparable role in website or software development.
Previous client facing experience.
Experience of e-commerce website development.
Experience of delivering projects via the waterfall methodology.
PRINCE 2 qualification.
Experience with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence).
