Your New Company
Hays Healthcare are working with an Ambulance Service based in the South, to provide them with General Practitioners (GP) to work on the NHS 111 service with full remote working conditions.
Your new role
As a GP you will be triaging high priority calls and offering advice and care to the patient, you will also act a senior clinician and provide clinical leadership to the CAS multi-disciplinary team, including Call Handlers, Nurses, Paramedics and Advanced Practitioners (nurses and paramedics). In addition to supporting the CAS team.
You will also provide clinical support advice to healthcare professionals within the community including ambulance clinicians, community nursing teams and allied health professionals and care home staff to ensure best use of Integrated Urgent Care System resource is utilised to deliver appropriate care out of hospital where possible.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- To have been a continuous resident in the UK for at least 36 months
- GMC registered
- Competent in oral and written English
- Previous tele triage experience is required
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience as a General Practitioner (GP)
