Your new role
This role will be working temporary hours alongside permanent staff supporting and improving the lives of service users with complex mental health concerns and eating disorders. this role includes supporting the service users with their everyday lives and activities as well as offering invaluable behavioural and verbal support. The services we offer focus on small service user groups so each service user gets the specialist care that they require.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 6 months experience in social care in the last 2 years
- Compassion, empathy, self- motivation and resilience
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Excellent use of a range of communication methods
- Full UK License is desired not essential
