Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the Catering Supply Inventory Program (SIP) across the catering operation, internal stakeholder groups, kitchens and supply chain vendors, including processing picklists, approving orders, creating requisitions and monitoring timeliness of deliveries
  • Coordinate regular reconciliation of inventory on hand and discrepancy resolution
  • Support kitchen operations audits and performance evaluations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manage Class 1 inventory across the supply chain and kitchen network, including rebalancing activities and reordering forecasts
  • Participate in interdepartmental operational calls & meetings as needed
  • Support day-to-day inflight catering operations, coordinating daily activities and communications between kitchen vendors and the airline operations on the ramp, including scheduled and irregular operations, charters and other catering activities as needed
  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of 3 rd party logistics providers managing, storing and shipping HA owned catering products
  • Calculate usage and forecast inventory requirements of all Catering supplies for Sourcing and Procurement team
    Keep all inventory related forms and processes updated and relevant

Job Requirements:

  • Must have received the COVID Vaccine by date of hire
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • Travel required
  • Must be able to obtain AOA badge
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in Excel
  • Must be able to work independently and cross functionally with other departments
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2+years’ supply chain, inventory management, operations and/or airline and logistical experience
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience
