- The Food Supply Assistant Manager will be leading and developing a high performing supply team delivering results through effective management of the OB product cycle within Harrods Food Halls, Restaurants & Kitchen, automation and building scalable processes in order to minimize waste while maximizing sales through availability across all channels
- You will be able to create accountability by founding KPIs (e.g. availability) through measurable metrics and scale-able processes, and you will be able to work closely with key stakeholders in commercial and retail in order to develop processes to deliver KPIs in waste management and availability whilst maximizing sales opportunities.

- Leadership to inspire and nurture a high performing team by reviewing team’s capabilities, provide training and role modelling values
