The Enterprise Services Administrator reports into the Enterprise Services Team Lead. The role requires taking ownership of incidents, service requests and strong technical problem determination skills to ensure that issues are seen through to resolution in the most efficient way.
- At all times, the team needs to provide world class service that is tailored to the needs of our IT customers and maintain outstanding attention to detail to ensure that we offer robust & reliable solutions to our end users.
- You should have proven knowledge of ITIL V3. You will have experience with or understanding of desktop, virtual desktop, terminal servers, thin client, and end user mobile computing (technologies, architecture and solutions) and broad infrastructure technology concepts around software, hardware, networking, printing, data management, security, applications, and end user interfaces.
Qualification & Experience:
- Additionally, you will have experience of major hardware vendors, such as Dell, HP, EMC etc., and experience of High Availability and DR environments in a commercially driven business.
