This role is Hybrid with 2 days at the office in Central London. The salary for this role is between £40K – £45K plus bonuses.

Role & Responsibilities:

At a pivotal stage of international expansion, we are looking for a Special Projects Associate to join the CEO Office team.

The successful candidate will gain a broad experience working on an array of different projects, most notably ensuring a seamless integration of any companies that we acquire. The CEO Office acts as the lynchpin for all Group acquisitions, working with the Board of Directors and Corporate Development team during the initial stages of due diligence, through to ensuring the successful integration of businesses into the Group, alongside supporting continual growth.

Reporting directly into the Chief of Staff, you will gain direct exposure to the senior executive team, supporting the Chief of Staff with all the wider company’s strategic objectives. The Special Projects Associate will be required to collaborate with a variety of departments across the Group and therefore a truly cross-functional approach to projects and tasks is essential.

As our company grows from strength to strength organically and inorganically (via acquisitions) this broad scoping role lends itself to a multitude of career avenues within the business, from fundraising to strategic design – our job is to empower your progression and ensure you have the right tools at your disposal to succeed.

Required Skill Set:

Highly organised with a task-oriented mindset 1 -2 years of previous experience working in a business operational role Ability to work in an agile fashion in a fast-paced environment Very detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills Confidence to admit and learn from mistakes efficiently is key – we’re a culture that promotes learning Confident telling compelling narratives via complex data sets Comfortable with numbers and Excel Able to build relationships quickly and with trust – you’ll be the interface between two businesses and will need to navigate the idiosyncrasies of each
