The Impact You Will Make

You are a talented Client Success Manager who loves to help others and enjoys building and maintaining client relationships with our strategic enterprise clients. You will be the primary contact for a portion of our premier corporate client base and will be responsible for managing many aspects of the client’s interaction with the company. You are capable of interfacing with senior/executive level contacts via phone and in-person meetings in order to understand the clients’ needs and develop solutions to accomplish their goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve scalable and sustained growth by proactively engaging with clients to increase spend and optimize adoption of various aspects of the service
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with corporate clients and related stakeholders
  • Leveraging existing contacts to network and increase influence and advocacy within assigned book of business
  • Becoming a product expert in order to provide effective consultation on program and product utilization
  • Liaising with internal departments to determine best solutions to meet clients’ needs
  • Staying organized and on top of outstanding items that need to be addressed for the client
  • Handling contract renewal and negotiation when appropriate
  • Becoming a product expert in order to provide effective consultation on program and product utilization
  • Actively contribute to team and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B client success or account management role. Experience in the Financial, Legal, Marketing, and Technology sectors is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience showcasing ROI to key stakeholders and presenting business reviews to C-level executives
  • Sales or consulting experience
  • Ability to analyze historical trends and patterns to identify opportunities within your book of business
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional internal teams
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Requires technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Have a strong understanding of Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and Client Success tools (ChurnZero a plus)
