Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee front of house staff
- In charge of training
- Make sure all guests have a great experience
Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Must have a passion for genuine hospitality and being guest-first focused
- Integrity, character, and professionalism
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel or retail
- Prefer 2+ years of casual or full-service restaurant management experience
- ServSafe, local, and state certifications or the ability to obtain
- Back of house experience is a plus
