Summary

The Order Fulfillment Technician is responsible for the fulfillment of merchant orders through the entire life cycle of the order from pick to pack.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure the contents of the order is complete and accurate during the picking process.
• Accurately configure and test the broad range of standalone and integrated solutions that are supported in a timely manner.
• Assemble and package every order for shipment to ensure that each merchant has a positive out of box experience.
• Ability to perform quality checks at each point of the orders’ life cycle (picking, configuration, and shipment)
• Maintain inventory of the picking area and submit supply requests to warehouse staff, when needed.
• Interact with customer and sales support departments to identify and resolve issues pertaining to orders, when necessary

What are the requirements?

• Proficient computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
• Perform consistently in a dynamic work environment with aggressive timelines
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred, but not required- at least 1 year experience in a warehouse production setting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite preferred, but not required.
