We are looking for a Client Experience Team Lead for our flagship store.
About
We are Glassworks, an experience-orientated vision center based in Tel Aviv. We curate eyewear by the world’s best independent brands, offer a holistic approach to eye care, and provide an innovative, enjoyable service at every client touchpoint.
Responsibilities
You will lead the client experience & service in our flagship store.
You will manage the client experience & service team.
You will be a knowledge base for both the eyewear and eye care industry.
You will be part of the merchandising team.
In addition, Glassworks developing an innovative system for client experience management.
As client experience team lead you will work with the product team in order to implement the system and operate it in front of the clients.
Requirments
Experience in service or client experience positions.
Multi personal abilities.
Service-oriented.
Self-learning abilities.
Leadership and management abilities.
Fluent English speaker.
No needed knowledge in the eyewear industry.
