Reporting to the SVP of Growth, the Launch Project Manager is responsible for defining our market entry and growth strategies, developing launch plans and partnering with cross-functional leadership to ensure that Geode launches practices filled with providers, in great locations on time and on budget. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategy and execution and is excited by the opportunity to build the foundation in a high-growth, mission-driven well-funded startup. The position is remote with some travel to our support center in Chicago at most once a month.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end launch of new practices beginning with strategic selection of ideal locations all the way down to ensuring that practices launch on time and on budget
- Regularly present on progress to Geode’s executive leadership
- Optimize the growth playbook by focusing on standardizing processes around site selection, deal execution and recruiting providers to ensure consistency and support on-time, on-budget builds at the required velocity
- Monitor project plans across multiple practice openings to ensure recruiting, technology and real estate teams are progressing according to plan
- Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure locations are complementary to acquisition sites
- Identify project risks and potential liabilities and provide management recommendations where appropriate for the delivery of contingency plans and alternative execution methods
- Build launch plan coordinating with technology, operations and marketing to ensure a smooth transition to operations for each opening

Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience setting up measurement systems, collecting data, and implementing learnings to drive tangible business results
- Top-notch written, verbal communication and presentations skills; able to inspire and influence any/all internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3-6 years’ experience in project management where you have had to liaise with multiple stakeholders and execute multiple projects on time and on budget
