Gallup has an exciting opportunity for a lead designer in our Omaha office. In this role, you will own the design and layout of high-profile reports, infographics, documents and a variety of other executive-level visualizations. You will also be an integral part of the design leadership team to help mentor and develop designers while ensuring that deliverables promote Gallup’s brand identity, are high-quality and delivered on time, and satisfy business objectives.

What you need:
- At least an associate degree in graphic design or communication arts required
- At least three years of experience in a lead or senior designer role for an agency or in-house creative environment required
- Must be an expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with and enjoyment working with data visualization preferred
- Ability to design long-form projects with success preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
