This full time, permanent Building Structure Project Engineering Coordinator opportunity is at a stable, casual manufacturer located in a newly built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position is available due to continued company growth. The successful candidate’s duties and responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing and tracking project progression
  • Maintaining project progress reports
  • Maintaining data integrity for all projects
  • Collaborating and communicating with customers
  • Scheduling production and shipping of finished products
  • Following up and solving customer issues
  • Creating summaries for management
  • Handling AISC and ISO documentation
  • Allocating appropriate project resources
  • Communicating and tracking for projects
  • Aiding in employee development
  • Ensuring projects requirements and project completion
  • Maintaining warranty records and documentation

Candidates Will Have a Minimum Background Consisting Of

  • A two year engineering degree
  • One or more years of project scheduling experience
  • One or more years of working within building structure project timelines
  • One or more years of project detailing experience
  • One or more years of creating fabrication drawings
  • Possess a solid work history
  • Being a US citizen or green card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
