The role of the Order Support Specialist is to manage new domestic transactions for Fluke distributor accounts. Tasks include internal and external customer support, expedite orders, track status, perform telephone support, monitors contract commitments, prepare documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. This is a critical customer contact position that requires strong oral and written communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assigned responsibility for distributor accounts.
  • Process, expedite, and coordinate customer orders from pricing through completion.
  • Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide quality responses to, delivery, price, and new product inquiries.
  • High degree of cross training required.
  • Coordinate internal and external questions, concerns, issues, problem solving.
  • Review contract/purchase orders to ensure customers’ quality requirements are met.
  • Maintain applicable reports, records, and systems.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 years related Order processing experience
  • Strong constitution and even positive temperament
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to learn quickly
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Good computer skills with focus on Basic Word & Excel Knowledge
  • Customer facing background including phone support
  • Works well alone or with a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision using established policies, guidelines, written & verbal procedures and instructions.
  • Able to maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
  • Able to sit in a workstation facing a computer for extended periods of time
  • Prior experience with Oracle or Zendesk a plus
