Customer Success Manager for Trading Application (Unix/Linux)

Responsibility will include:

  • Manage support teams in different locations around the world.
  • Manage the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout the project and also liaison between clients and the rest of the relevant resources.
  • Define internal processes for the support team to improve efficiency and level of service.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with partners and customers, understand their needs, and ensure success with the company’s products and services.
  • Lead the onboarding process with the clients- implementation and adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap and marketing processes.
  • Establish a deep knowledge of the customers’ business and organization, developing relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience of leading customer service and support teams
  • Be able to multitask with high prioritization skills to process client’s requests and lead them to a resolution
  • The candidate will have proven experience working in a customer support position, show excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, have great communication skills, and be a role model and mentor to staff.
  • Experience with directly communicating with external customers.
  • Excellent English
  • strong Unix, network, and scripting knowledge
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills
  • Problem-solver, resourceful and independent

Advantages:

  • Experience in the financial industry (FX, Fixed income) and algorithmic trading
