Description

The marketplace Talent Management team is responsible for making sure high-quality sellers meet their professional goals and maximizing their abilities to support Fiverr’s buyers through the marketplace. As a team, we manage and support several of Fiverr’s elite seller’s programs, such as Fiverr Business, Fiverr Pro, and Rising Talents.

The Professional Evaluator in the Programming & Tech vertical will be responsible for the vetting and evaluation processes of all relevant programs by providing a professional review, deciding which applicant/seller is eligible for being promoted in the marketplace or approved for one of Fiverr’s elite seller’s programs.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

  • Validate and ensure professional level based on Fiverr’s guidelines for Programming & Tech applicants/sellers
  • Be responsible for the professional side of the vetting process of sellers and act as a gatekeeper for letting only eligible sellers in
  • Always be up to date with Fiverr’s new categories and services as well as with the business needs and targets
  • Support all subject matter related decisions throughout the different programs managed
  • Work with different internal teams for making sure each seller’s skills are being maximized

Requirements

  • Relevant experience/background in the tech-related field: product, BI, Data, programming, etc.
  • Formal education in any of the above fields – is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in any of the above fields – an advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Detailed oriented person
  • Consistent and responsible
  • Out of the box thinker
