About the job
- Product Manager on the Subscription Services Platform’s Production Support Team supporting the Subscription Business
Position Responsibilities
- Working with global business partners to help identify and solve production issues
- Manage backlog of issues
- Coordinate work with internal and external teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies with product team to prioritize, plan and deliver fixes and patches
- Support global subscription Go To Market plans
- Closely coordinate with integration functions and regional release managers to support global delivery.
- Support the global leadership team in the formulation of strategic priorities, objectives, and metrics for the PDO organization.
Skills Required
- Strong oral and written communication
- Strong Data and Analytic skills
- Be collaborative and results oriented
- Ability to deliver to commitments
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- PDO / Agile Experience Experience implementing global software projects
- Experience in all phases of the software lifecycle
Experience Required
- 3-5 Years supporting global applications
Education Required
- College Degree in Computer Related Field
