Job description:
Overall responsibility for the company payroll area:
· Payroll preparation for about 350 employees worldwide
· Procedure for hiring, absorption, and retirement of employees
· Handling
provisions for employee pensions, executive insurance, and study funds
· Gather attendance data analysis to prepare a payroll report
· Provide services to employees and managers on payroll matters
· Workplace – company office in Hod Hasharon
Requirements:
· Certificate of Certified Payroll Accountant from CPA Office
· Experience in preparing payroll for high-tech employees from absorption to retirement, at
least 5 years
· In-depth knowledge and expertise in labor law and taxes
· Control of Payroll Software – Weightlifting (or multiplier)
· English at a good level
· Order and organization at a high level, precision in details.
· Discretion!
· Services and the ability to provide a professional eye-level solution for employees at all levels in Hebrew and English
