Ensure all company operations are carried out in an optimized way

Create, implement, and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Examine financial data and use it to steer decision making

Manage budgets and forecasts

Find ways to increase the quality of work for various functions within the company

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Work with senior stakeholders.

Job requirements

Proven work experience as Operations Director or similar role

Experience in management, operations, and leadership

Experience budgeting and forecasting (including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management)

Experience in purchasing logistics

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Excellent communication skills

Leadership ability

Must speak English at native level

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Reporting to Deputy CEO COO
