The Associate HR Business Partner supports the HR Business Partner team to deliver HR programs and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals for Endeavor Air. You will be a trusted partner, proactively anticipating business needs to be able to support our team, leaders, and the clients we serve. Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements and administers HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through various employee communications
  • Assists with Employee COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing and Pay-Protect programs
  • Supports integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the business and takes a consultative approach in anticipating, assessing, and providing creative HR solutions to business priorities
  • Supports HR Business Partners with employee relations investigations, performance management and development to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Administers and evaluates onboarding and off-boarding processes end to end, including recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall experience
  • Runs and utilizes reports and talent dashboards that measure talent efforts and provide predictive analytics for future changes or decisions
  • Assists with projects specific to employee engagement, including but not limited to working with HRBPs on off-site prep, facilitation of focus groups, and brainstorming sessions
  • Inputs data into Ethics Points system and prepares regular and on demand reports to senior leadership and respective business units
  • Responsible for answering HR Service center inquiries
  • Participates in Onboarding and Training presentations

Job Requirements:

  • Function in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled in presenting in front of the group of up to 100 people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) including V-Look ups, formulas, pivot tables and charts.
  • Prior exposure to a variety of HR facets including organization development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or combination of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1+ years human resources experience in progressively responsible roles
