ENCONA is expanding and we are seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist who is responsible for developing new and existing business with clients within the automotive & manufacturing markets, aligned to specific propositions, and managing key accounts within a defined territory. The Solutions Specialist is to develop relationships with clients, understand their needs and problems, and provide tailored solutions from ENCONA’s product offerings for the client. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to drive gross sales and revenue proactively.
You will perform a critical role in executing an aggressive sales growth strategy in the North American market. You will be responsible for initiating and pursuing activities to generate new business, providing specialist solutions to clients on our products and services, achieving the sales strategy for growth and client retention. You will be responsible for structuring and negotiating deals with clients by providing in-depth insight and knowledge of automotive core systems and processes within quality management & operations. Furthermore, you will be part of the training and consulting team to provide high-quality learning and solve quality issues experienced by the client.
To be considered for this role, you will have
a. ISO9001 skills
b. IATF16949 skills
c. and/or VDA 6.3 skills
d. 3-5 years of automotive manufacturing or related manufacturing experience in a sales/marketing or business consulting environment.
Along with project management and quality training management experience, you will hold a degree from an accredited college, preferably in business or engineering. The role will require you to have proven negotiation and customer relationship skills and a drive for growth and service excellence.
