A case worker is needed to join the dynamic Protective Services unit at Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. Elder Protective Services Worker-hybrid schedule responsibilities include investigating abuse reports, networking with other agencies and professionals on the elder’s behalf and developing and monitoring service plans.

Elder Protective Services Worker-hybrid schedule candidate must possess excellent assessment and documentation skills. Experience with elders preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related social service field. Bilingual skills and/or 3 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
Computer skills necessary. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
Elder Protective Services Worker-hybrid schedule benefits
· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year. The bonus for this position is $1,000.00.
· Hybrid schedule: onsite in Worcester combined with remote hours
