Job Description:

The position is responsible to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the accredited operations training programs, which includes licensed and non-licensed operator programs, in accordance with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain diverse qualifications and skills to provide various classes and services.
  • Develop, administer, grade, and control examinations and other appropriate evaluation tools.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality training programs that comply with INPO and NRC requirements, industry criteria, and customer expectations.
  • Conduct classroom, flow loop, simulator and in-plant training.
  • Evaluate training programs, students, training materials, and recommend, track and implement improvements
  • Maintain contact and alignment with nuclear station groups and activities and current training methodologies to ensure technical competence for providing the assigned training programs.
  • Participate in site and industry training assessments, audits and evaluations
  • Develop, revise, and update training materials to ensure technical accuracy and content.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in all settings.
  • Sound computer skills and be familiar with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
  • Must have the ability to obtain an SRO certification

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 – 7 years like-work experience, Four years of like-work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree, or combination of education and like-work experience totaling 9+ years
