40 days paid holiday annually – (28 days + bank holidays + extended festive period shutdown)

Lifetime Commission – We offer a guaranteed lifetime commission on all client deals you bring to the table.

Gross/Total Sales Commission – You’ll benefit from 10% open and 10% closing commission on any clients that you source who turn into customers, as well as commission on any recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, support, etc. If the customer continues to grow thanks to your efforts, your commission will continue to grow too.

What We Are Looking For –

An experienced Sales Representative with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the digital marketing and creative technology sector who enjoys working in a demanding but rewarding environment. You will be selling bespoke websites, to new clients, as well as sourcing and generating new business opportunities. A megastar in taking an entrepreneurial approach to business development and can find creative ways to seek and nurture leads, must have a hunter approach to bring new business.

Mandatory Skills: – 5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency:

Have a successful track record in business development

Comprehensive hands-on experience with a digital background

Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience

Be keen and passionate about the digital industry

Be comfortable dealing with SMEs at the board/owner level

Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in a fast-moving sales technology

Good understanding of web design & development

Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

Keen to learn new technologies and techniques

Enthusiastic and polite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear, and accurate, enhancing brand identity

A high level of proficiency in: –

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the Digital Industry

Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Deliver key revenue and expansion of your business unit

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Lead management, seeking, qualifying, and responding to leads

CRM, tracking wins and obtaining client feedback

Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral

Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace, and their competitors to help shape the business strategy

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

Provide sound information and advice, identify the needs of the customer, and provide the right solution and feedback

Assist the new business efforts through your own professional network

Salary: £110,000 – £160,000 OTE per annum (On Target Earnings) {uncapped higher earning proven/achievable} – With up to a Recoverable £50,000 Commitment Basic Provided
