Remote Till Pandemic.. client is located in Cincinnati, OH Sr Netsuite Consultant. The individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the accuracy of information derived from our financial systems, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Success in this role will require effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for delivering results. In addition, it will require a strong partnership with our business partners in finance to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and influence the Enterprise technology roadmap and ensure portfolio strategy is aligned. Over 7 years experience with financial systems and reporting platforms such as Oracle NetSuite Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment Work with internal customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and drive business transformation and improvement while providing Oracle NetSuite solutions as an internal consultant. Define the technology roadmap for the finance platform with the collaboration of the Finance team and work with the different product owners in getting the projects prioritized. Ensure that proposed and existing systems architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives Collect, analysis and document business requirements as input to system design and execution Act proactively and as a trusted business partner providing technical guidance and effectively communicating potential solutions Participate in software upgrades, design, implementation, functional testing, and data validation to ensure quality solutions and ensure that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs. Assist Finance departments in projects to improve the productivity of business processes. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT Finance systems. Troubleshoot system and integration issues. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to explain system issues to non-technical personnel. Experience in Financial Services, Payroll, or related business preferred NetSuite certifications highly preferred ndash NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation Experience and knowledge of NetSuite technical capabilities best practices such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Effectiveness in designing end-to-end solutions with these capabilities in mind. 1+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS etc) Experience with Informatica, Snowflake, or SalesForce preferred
