Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based staffing and IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst for a well-established client in Las Vegas, NV. This will be an onsite, contract opportunity. Job Requirements At least 2-3 yearsrsquo experience as a Business Process Analyst, on large and complex projects. Experience with Signavio. Demonstrable experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement. Strong understanding of BPM methodology, improvement cycles, process hierarchy, etc. formal qualification a strong advantage. At least 2 yearsrsquo experience and a demonstrable, high level of competence in applying BPMN 2.0 modelling notation (formal certification an advantage). Strong analytical skills with ability to extensively analyse business processes. Process improvement qualifications an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups. Strong businessclient engagement and communication skills. Responsibilities Using the APQC framework for context, work with required stakeholders (including Process Owners, and Games Performance Data stakeholders) to document processes using BPMN in Signavio Process Manager. Process development work may vary, and include facilitating workshopsmeetingsfocus group sessions with key stakeholders to understand current state processes, noting inefficiencies, pain points, data objects (where required) within current business processes. Reviewing any existing documentation e.g. Visio diagrams, and working with stakeholders to identify whether the content is still relevant. Where required transferring content into Signavio to fit within the process framework and obtaining confirmation from stakeholders that the replicated process accurately reflects the current operational state. Flexibility with time may be required due to different time zones. Utilize Signavio and BPMN 2.0 standards in all process deliverables as per defined process modelling governance. Work with identified stakeholders to capture feedback on developed processes and request stakeholders to provide a diagram comment on processes in Signavio advising they are ldquofit for purposerdquo. Capturing of process and data related issues and pain points along with any identified improvement opportunities to be utilized for future improvement programs. Facilitate workshops or focus group sessions with stakeholders to capture process documentation using Signavio Process Manager. Use Signavio Collaboration Hub to share and collaborate process content with stakeholders. Identify process gaps (within APQC or within identified processes). Work with centralized process function to build the process repository within the defined framework and as per the defined governance.
