The Performance and Reward Advisor is accountable for leading and managing reward, recognition and/or benefits processes across a global team. In the processing and implementation of the tasks, you will work closely with other divisional Reward Advisors (especially in Germany, United Kingdom and United States of America), as well as with Human Resources (HR) and Governance stakeholders.

You will be responsible for handling of compensation related issues, the global support of the compensation round, as well as project work (for example. collaboration in the development of reward concepts and products, structural projects, international market data process, implementation of regulatory requirements) which also take place globally and across divisions.

Your key responsibilities

  • You have an in-depth understanding of Compensation philosophy in a global matrixed organisation including an understanding of regulatory landscape
  • You are actively consulting with HR Business Partners, HR Advisor, Line Managers, Business Management, and other partners (internal and external) on all compensation-related issues
  • Managing global year-end compensation round and coordinating relevant aspects including analysis and preparation of compensation-relevant data
  • Supporting functions on different lifecycle topics with the compensation lens – like new hires, people moves, terminations (including resignation and retirements)
  • Assumption of responsibility for projects and processing of inquiries regarding compensation-related issues

Your skills and experience

  • Experienced in HR and / or with compensation processes within a large matrix organisation
  • You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and strong numerical skills
  • You have and good understanding of the market environment within performance, reward, and compensation
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills, both written and verbal; German language skills are desirable but not mandatory
