What will you do

The Account Receivable Team is looking for a Business undergraduate student to work alongside, and support the Treasury team, gaining a deep insight into the financial systems, processes, and controls used to collect CyberArk’s growing volume of receivables.

You will learn how the Account Receivable supports the various business teams and how it plays a significant part in the quote to cash cycle.

The job duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments. Collections duties to emails and phone calls to customers and business partners. Problem-solving to resolve any bottlenecks in the payment process.

What you need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or economics, accounting, business, and/or similar discipline focused on analytics
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in English
• Experience in Excel (e.g., sum, if, pivots, lookups)
• Availability to work 2.5 days a week

• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills
• Working with peers and various levels of management Analytical acumen and interpersonal and communication skills
• Be comfortable working with large databases
• Experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using Excel
• Proven ability to develop new ideas and solutions
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
