Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator superstar to join our growing team. This person should be super diligent and customer focused with a strong connection to our vision.

In this role you will:

• Maintain relations with our insurance partners and investment houses.
• Provide operational service to our internal teams and clients.
• Update data and manage processes using internal and external platforms.
• Ensure that our professional services team is equipped for success.
• Learn to sell Cover’s value proposition and answer client FAQs
• Think of creative ways to tackle operational struggles with a clear focus on business goals.

Your qualifications should be:

• At least 1 year of Support/Administration experience at a startup.
• A great communicator with strong attention to the details.
• Super customer focused with an understanding for a strong User Experience.
• Fluent Hebrew is a must! Fluent English is a plus!
• Strategic, driven, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Organized, independent, creative, and a self-starter at the core.
