Private Equity Associate Middle East – Tax Free
Our client manages over $30bn of assets with investment activities in both private and public markets, with a demonstrated track record of generating superior risk-adjusted returns.
Skills
- Building financial models and valuation analyses
- Work across a variety of sectors and investment types including control-oriented and minority equity transactions.
- Writing internal and external memoranda, presentations and reviewing legal documentation
- Strong quantitative skills and complex financial modeling experience
- Ability to multi-task
- 2 to 4 years of experience of Investment Banking or Big 4 deals experience
- CFA/ MBA or similar qualification is preferred
- AOB
Fluent English – Verbal & written
