Assistant Internal Audit Manager
Our client is a leading organization in Hong Kong, which plays a vital role in retail, property development, property management, e-commerce and construction sector. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as an Assistant Internal Audit Manager to work closely with the growing team.
Salary: HK$ 500k to 650k annually (including bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assigned internal audit/internal control project with in the designated audit profolio
- Perform compliance duties to monitor business operations in compliance with internal policies and controls
- Execute risk control measures business operation
- Prepare reports and analyses for providing sound financial and business recommendations to support business decisions
- Responsible for internal audit projects and initiatives to achieve the company’s KPIs and strategic plan
- Enhance audit proficiencies, and continually improve audit workflows and practices
- Assist in business planning and budgeting
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in internal audit roles or related positions in a medium to large sized organization
- Big4 or 2nd tier Audit experience is preferred
- Experience in risk assessment, internal control, operational audit function is an advantage
- Excellent inter-personal skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Chinese
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word
