These positions require applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness; to support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions; perform housekeeping and meal preparation; medication administration; and keep accurate clinical documentation. If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client experiencing severe mental illness, the Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate positions might be a good fit for you.

Work Schedule: Part Time (20 hours per week), 10 hour Night shifts

What You’ll Make

Starting at $17.50+ per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm – 6:00am.

About the Program

Driftwood Lodge RTF is a beautiful 8-bed mental health Residential Treatment Facility converted from an old fishing lodge with ocean views. Driftwood Lodge is located in Gold Beach, Oregon at the mouth of the famous Rogue River on the beautiful Southern Oregon coast.
