Job Description:

The Coca-Cola’s NAOU Product Development R&D Team is actively recruiting for a 2022 Summer Internship position. The chosen candidate will support exploratory initiatives for next generation of plant-based sweeteners to be used in hydration and enhanced water category

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards building next generation hydration products, learn new skills and get to have lots of fun at the same time
• Learn different beverage manufacturing processes used at industrial scale
• Learn product development process by assisting other R&D team members towards day-to-day R&D activities
• Conduct bench top formulation work to design and develop new products
• Evaluate new plant-based sweeteners from fit for purpose standpoint in targeted products
• Work closely with cross-functional technical team to understand the feasibility of new ingredient application in water+ category

Job Requirements:

• Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform in a challenging, dynamic and changing environment
• Service minded, team player, high level of commitment

Qualification & Experience:

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s, MS or PhD program
• Food science or closely related field preferred
