Job Duties:
- Outbound calls and emails to prospects
- Handle all customer concerns/issueseturns in a timely manner
- Share and implement ideas for ongoing improvement by communicating suggestions with Outside Sales and/or Management
- Utilizing telephone and email to develop quotes for company products and services and enter customer orders into ERP
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong communication skills (both verbally & written)
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
