About the job

As a Delivery Consultant III, you will consult with clients to implement and support client-specific venue configuration, testing and training. This will include consulting with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. You will provide leadership and direction for client work groups, complete complex full-system solution build and maintain accountability for build quality score and follow up actions. In addition, your responsibilities will include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to leadership and management. As a member of the team you will develop and execute complex test plan and test script execution and follow change management process for new defects, establish best practices for knowledge transfer and process improvement as well as assume venue coaching responsibility for other associates.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT work experience
    • At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
      • Working in, or supporting, departments within a health system (hospital, clinics, imaging department, revenue cycle department, etc)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT work experience
  • 3 years of Cerner Millennium experience with Registration Management, Scheduling Management and Capacity Management experience
  • 3 years of Cerner Millennium experience with RadNet, PACS, Enterprise Document Management (EDM), Cerner Provision Document Imaging (CPDI)

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
