In this role you will have the ability to work with our customers to research and resolve issues as needed while driving customer satisfaction. Must have the ability to effectively train and mentor new and less experienced auditors. Strong focus on associate development, establishing and ensuring achievement of productivity target.
Ability to handle complex calls from customers to guide and resolve issuesMonitor and drive productivity for both shippers and platersUnderstands and adheres to all BPA policies and proceduresInterview and evaluate potential new hire candidates to fill open positionsEnsures all work performed in the warehouse follows all DMV protocolsResponds to and corrects any plating errors that may occurProvides and updates on monthly status reports for all departmentsProvides DMV with all daily/weekly/monthly reportingResponds to DMV on all inquiries that come in, critical for quarterly inventory responsesMonitors employee productivity, attendance, and job performance, administers discipline as needed in conjunction with HR.Validates customer billing ensuring accuracy and timelinesMust have exceptional communication and problem solving skills
