What Naugatuck Youth Services, Inc. Needs
I need help identifying a payroll/hours tracking software that will work for my organization.
Additional Details
We have a youth employment program that has about 60 youth working at many different worksites in the community. We have been using paper time sheets and I am VERY tired of it! We need to find something where youth employees can put their hours in, then their worksite supervisors approve, then our program manager approves it, and then it goes to payroll in an efficient/automated way. The program also gets audited so we need to be able to easily access specific time sheet records later on. We don’t have a specific budget for this but I’d like to know we have a tool that works well and then be able to include the cost in the grant budget for the program beginning July 1, 2022, so I need to figure something out fairly quickly.
