Job Purpose and Impact

The Program Delivery Lead will provide direction to the business and have ownership of the delivery of process, data and technology solutions for the program. This role will be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track for a program and ensuring they are completed on time. In this role, you will also provide expert knowledge of information technology practices and standards to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the businesses as well recommend best practice approach to program management.

Key Accountabilities

• Foster strategic partnerships with our internal business clients to establish goals and ensure demand needs are incorporated into service plans.
• Lead operating reviews with service providers inclusive of continuous improvement.
• Lead and influence strategic business investments in technology solutions in collaboration with IT.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
• Work closely with stakeholders and external delivery partners to understand the business requirements and drive the development of high-quality technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, identifying innovative solutions to business requirements, driving automation, standardization, and re-usability.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security to ensure design and build are fully aligned to business requirements.
• Build and update overall program roadmap and connect the dots between projects and workstreams to overall outcomes and program North Star
• Focus on quality assurance and delivery
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of six years of related work experience
• Program management experience, managing large global programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have strong team management ability, influencing and organizational awareness
• Significant experience influencing project teams
• Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
• Must have the ability to influence others and bringing the team together on approaches and/or solutions
• Work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced problem-solving environment
• Experience driving and tracking the key KPI’s for large global programs
