About the job
- Create and deliver data-driven reports.
- Design, code and test new Microsoft Windows and web software applications.
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and areas for modification and improvement.
- Develop knowledge of the printing industry, customers, organizations and business objectives in order to help south land and customers in a problem- solving role. Assessing user requirements, procedures and problems to creator improve a system.
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
- Create technical specifications and test plans.
- Create new and extend existing operational documentation.
- Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software system.
- Implement new software.
- Provide user support in a help desk environment.
- Assist technical architects with infrastructure requirement development.
- Perform project code review.
- Investigate and debug software errors, troubleshoot application issues.
- Assist users with the technical and practical use of SPCs various hardware and software application. Be available at all times to answer questions and research solutions to user problems.
- Conduct organized computer training classes for users in various software.
Requirements
- Min 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Currently in UAE.
