Job Description:

The Tooling & Warranty Coordinator supports the Technical Operations department through the administration of the existing Calibrated Tool Program and oversees and coordinates the warranty process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of all calibrated tools internally and externally
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Administer the Calibrated Tool Program:
  • Support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and FAA regulations
  • Manage the warranty process
  • Shipping/Receiving
  • Act as a liaison for our remote internal inventory locations
  • Build relationships with outside vendors and remote employees
  • Maintain computer based and paper files
  • Routinely audit inventory locations

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication skills, required
  • Must be able to work well individually and in team environments
  • Excellent computer skills, required
  • Must be able to travel
  • Excellent organizational skills, required

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with materials inventory software program preferred
