Job Description:
The Tooling & Warranty Coordinator supports the Technical Operations department through the administration of the existing Calibrated Tool Program and oversees and coordinates the warranty process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of all calibrated tools internally and externally
- Additional duties as assigned
- Administer the Calibrated Tool Program:
- Support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and FAA regulations
- Manage the warranty process
- Shipping/Receiving
- Act as a liaison for our remote internal inventory locations
- Build relationships with outside vendors and remote employees
- Maintain computer based and paper files
- Routinely audit inventory locations
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must excel in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
- Excellent communication skills, required
- Must be able to work well individually and in team environments
- Excellent computer skills, required
- Must be able to travel
- Excellent organizational skills, required
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with materials inventory software program preferred
