Responsibilities

Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities, including during evenings and weekends

Following-up on sign calls and internet leads

Prospect for new leads to promote new business, including cold calling

Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

Hold buyer consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs

Call 2 hours a day following up with active buyers and sellers

Practice, memorize, and use our proven sales scripts verbatim; be teachable and willing to learn new paths to success

Qualifications

Dedicated to excellence in communication – we always start our day on the phone!

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Self-motivation and drive

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Organized and manages time effectively

Has an ACTIVE Oklahoma Real Estate License

NOTE: A valid state real estate license must be acquired prior to practicing real estate in the state of Oklahoma
